I received an email yesterday from a business associate who asked if I wanted to meet with David Feldman, a New York Securities attorney. David is coming to the West Coast for a book tour in a couple of week. As it turns out, David has just released a book on Reverse Mergers entitled Reverse Mergers: Taking A Company Public Without An IPO.

David is the founder and managing partner of Feldman Weinstein & Smith LLP located in Manhattan. The book is being touted as “the Bible on reverse mergers” and was written for CEOs and CFOs of private companies and those who advise them. The book explains the ins and outs of Reverse Mergers in plain English but includes advanced issues as well. David is an authority on Reverse Mergers and has been quoted in such pricey periodicals ($1600 a year) as The Reverse Merger Report issued by Deal Flow Media.

I am looking forward to meeting with David and reading his book. I will give a full review of his book after my read.
