I want to wish all of my readers a happy thanksgiving holiday. This is a good time to spend time with family and friends and give thanks for all that you have. Many times we take the things we have for granted. We have a tendency to spend too much time thinking of what we don’t have versus of what we do have.
Do you have good health? Is your wife and kids healthy? Remember, all the money in the world can not buy you the one thing you may pray for one day – good health.
How are your finances? Have you had a difficult year financially speaking? If you have keep on plugging on your business plan and make your dreams come true. Constantly move forward, don’t look back and don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t accomplish your goal. Don’t ever second guess yourself. As an old southern business associate once told me “don’t worry about the mule going blind just load the wagon.”
If you’ve had a great year then take the advise of the late Mrs. John Jacob Astor, who is famously quoted as saying, “Money is like manure; it should be spread around.” By the way Mrs. Astor passed away at the ripe old age of 105.
Many people are going through some tough times and if you are one of the fortunate ones who had a great year provide for those who need your help. I am a great believer in starting with your inner core – your family. If you have no family I am sure you know some friend or associate that could use your assistance.
From my family to yours have a wonderful Thanksgiving.
