Who You Buy From Does Matter!

If you are a potential Buyer of shell and believe it does matter who you purchase your shell from –Think Again! If you purchase a shell from someone who does not represent the Seller of the shell on a direct basis then you will be hung out to dry after the sale. Most finders will not be able to be found after the sale has been consummated. What are you going to do if, after the sale, you need additional documents signed or you are missing certain information? In most cases you will need co-operation from the Seller, his attorney or his CPA firm after the sale. If you have purchased your shell from a daisy chain of finders you will have little chance or recourse after the sale. Those guys will be long gone and have no motivation to help you after the sale.
